Stitch - A - Long

This page will be dedicated to stitch-a-longs I am participating in with updated photos for as and when taken, that way the journal will not be completely progress photos.

Summer Stitching SAL

This is a facebook stitch-a-long I have joined. The page has 7 designers and the stitch-a-long is using any of their designs.

The designs I have chosen to do are shown below:

KLT's Celtic Butterfly  *Now completed so no progress photos sorry*

Stitched on a hand dyed fabric called Frost which is a 28 count opal evenweave dyed by  Chromatic Alchemy, and by using hand dyed thread - Purplicious  for the body and Purple Campanula for the wings. Both thread colours were dyed by Thread Pickerz Silks.

Charting Creations Tribal Dragon

I have decided to stitch this on hand dyed fabric with hand dyed thread.
The fabric is called Ashardalon Breathes in a 28 count opal evenweave dyed by Chromatic Alchemy. The thread is called Purplicious by Thread Pickerz Silks
